📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep records of candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation programs.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company's talent acquisition efforts are effective and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
