Duta Wati Digital is seeking a motivated Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development Manager in creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in the creation of training materials and resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to identify training needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
