📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain business process models using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and other data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital business space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
