📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive employee policies and compliance programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in policy development and compliance.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with compliance management software such as Compliance Quest or SAP GRC.
• Certification in compliance management or a related field is a plus.
