As a Security officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work environment that combines the best of both office and remote work. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and deter unauthorized access and criminal activity.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing immediate assistance and support as needed.,Maintain and update security records and reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all security activities.,Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement security measures and initiatives.,Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors.,Conduct security awareness training and education for employees and customers.,Work closely with law enforcement agencies to investigate and resolve security incidents and threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in security and law enforcement.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SATPAM, Security Supervisor).,Familiarity with security technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV, access control systems).,Ability to drive and operate security vehicles.
