In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high standards of quality and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
