As the Manager PPIC & Warehouse at Pengiklan Anonim, you will be responsible for managing our production planning and inventory control processes. You will work with our team to ensure that we have the right products in the right quantities at the right time. You will also be responsible for managing our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement production planning and inventory control strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the warehouse.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Lead and mentor a team of PPIC and warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or warehouse management.
- Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP WM or JDA.
