• Source, screen, and recruit qualified seafarers for various maritime roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding and placement.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the roles.
• Maintain and update candidate databases using SeaJobs and other recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth placement of seafarers.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven track record in sourcing and placing seafarers.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SeaJobs, MarineTraffic, and CrewLink.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
