LAMANSUA Ekspansindo is looking for an Assistant Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting the warehouse team in maintaining optimal stock levels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records using the company's inventory management system.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Support the warehouse team in receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management processes and procedures.,Provide support to the Inventory Manager in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,1-3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
