📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Assist in the planning and execution of corporate training events and workshops.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company learning and development strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
