📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely replenishment of stock.,Collaborate with the procurement team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in vendor meetings and negotiations to secure the best deals for the company.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for procurement activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
