You will work closely with the Sous Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, as well as assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Prepare and maintain food stock, including ordering and storing ingredients.,Assist in the preparation of daily and special menus.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
