In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process from warehouse to customer delivery points.,Ensure that all products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering of products to prevent stockouts.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.,Supervise and train distribution team members to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective distribution operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
