Sehati Elsa Health Center is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a strong understanding of the local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed service level agreements.,Provide regular reports on client performance and suggest improvement strategies.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and healthcare landscape in Pontianak.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
