PT Bumi Antar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Kulon Progo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations including opening and closing the cash register.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and supervise junior cashiers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven ability to train and supervise staff.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
