🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proven track record of successful learning initiatives.
