📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to understand employee wellbeing and organizational dynamics.,Design and implement wellbeing programs and initiatives to support employee mental health and happiness.,Provide counseling and support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.,Collaborate with managers and team leaders to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct training and workshops on stress management, time management, and work-life balance.,Monitor and analyze data on employee wellbeing to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest psychological research and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of wellbeing programs.,Report on the progress and impact of wellbeing initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and workplace dynamics.,Professional certification in Psychology (e.g., Psikolog, S.Psi, or equivalent) is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
