📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.,Participate in staff meetings and provide feedback and guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving restaurant performance.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in using POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
