📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions,Train and mentor junior accounting staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
