In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our creative projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, designers, and other team members to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.,Lead and mentor a team of designers and artists, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements.,Oversee the production process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into our work.,Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide clear and compelling explanations of the creative process.,Manage and coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that all aspects of the project are handled professionally and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level art direction role, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work and a clear understanding of design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.,Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,A passion for creativity and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.,Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
