Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.,Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to ensure the company has the right talent.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Comply with all local labor laws and regulations, ensuring a legally sound HR environment.,Conduct performance management and appraisals to drive employee engagement and productivity.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with the last 5 years in a senior HR role.,Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in managing international teams or working in an international environment is a plus.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
