Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the Bali market.,Work closely with business units to understand their hiring needs and requirements.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in the recruitment field.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
