Hotel Gilang Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and financial statements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in inventory counts and audits to maintain accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
