In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of our operational processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation of new systems and processes to ensure they are executed according to plan and within the specified timeframe.,Monitor the performance of our operational systems and processes to identify any issues or areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all implementation and monitoring activities are carried out effectively.,Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on the performance of our operational systems and processes.,Ensure that all implementation and monitoring activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of implementation and monitoring activities.,Work closely with the IT department to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the telecommunications industry.,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems within the telecommunications industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
