📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and ensure that our stores meet or exceed performance targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the consumer products industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
