📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in sales activities, including product demonstrations and promotions.
• Support marketing campaigns by assisting with promotions, social media, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali for sales and marketing activities.
