📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain metal spray equipment, including powder coating machines and spray guns, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Apply precise and even coats of paint or powder to metal parts, following detailed specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect and test coated parts for defects, such as uneven coating, blisters, or overspray, and rectify issues as needed.
• Monitor and adjust spray parameters, such as air pressure, spray distance, and gun angle, to achieve the desired finish and coverage.
• Clean and prepare metal surfaces before coating, using appropriate methods and materials to ensure proper adhesion.
• Document and record spray operations, including equipment settings, material usage, and quality control results, for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
• Collaborate with the engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve coating-related issues and implement process improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of hazardous materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Metal Spray Operator or similar role in the metal coating industry.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain metal spray equipment, such as powder coating machines and spray guns.
• Strong knowledge of metal coating processes, including powder coating, electrocoating, and conventional spraying.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices, including ISO and industry-specific regulations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free coatings.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with engineers, quality control specialists, and other operators.
• Valid certifications in metal coating, such as the Powder Coating Certification Council (PCC) certification or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve coating-related issues.
