📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate press brake and bending machines to produce high-quality aluminum profiles and components
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of bent parts by following standard operating procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition
- Monitor production output and quality, reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operating press brake and bending machines
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and quality control standards
- Familiarity with CNC and manual bending machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid certification in metal fabrication or related field (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
