📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage payroll for Pharmacy 777 Pharmacies employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Calculate salaries, taxes, and deductions using SAP Payroll and other relevant software.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, tax information, and benefits.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports and summaries to the Group Manager – Pharmacy Services and relevant stakeholders.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirements related to payroll.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Participate in payroll audits and reviews to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a pharmaceutical or retail environment.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll and other payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
