📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and meet with potential and existing customers in Greater Jakarta to understand their needs and present our products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential customers and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that our sales strategies are effective and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel extensively within Greater Jakarta and sometimes outside the city.
