HR Manager (Startup Company)

In this role, you'll work closely with our CEO and leadership team to develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

As our HR Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training. You'll also manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, using tools like BambooHR and Google Workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
• Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, using platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and local job boards.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with labor regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees using tools like 1on1 and Lattice.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, ensuring compliance across all HR processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage HR budgets and analyze workforce data.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Proven experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Google Workspace, and Lattice.
