📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain dealer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle credit applications and manage dealer accounts using ACC's internal systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and customers.
• Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Monitor credit performance and implement strategies to improve financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless credit solutions for customers.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on dealer performance and sales progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or automotive finance.
• Strong understanding of credit and financing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ACC's internal systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and market trends in Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to dealer locations.
