📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior HR staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS and HR Operations, preferably in a Japanese company environment.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HRIS or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
