📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.
• Oversee the daily operations of our drivers, providing them with the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
• Utilize industry-leading tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other logistics software to manage and optimize fleet operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing a diverse fleet of vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other logistics software.
